Answers to Common Questions

What is required to hire equipment?

- Lessee must provide a copy of valid ID containing photograph and address (e.g. a driving licence or passport in combination with a recent utility bill).
- 15% non-refundable deposit made by debit/credit card to secure the booking.
- Signed lease agreement.
- Payment in full on delivery or before.

Do you offer discount?

Recommend us to another customer who makes a booking, and you will both benefit from a 10% discount on your next booking - please make sure to reference referred customer details in all corrospondence.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use GoCardless (https://gocardless.com/about/) to securely collect deposit payments to secure your hire. The final balance is due on or before the equipment is delivered and can be made via a variety of methods.
